Floor plans and spaces can be arranged to handle the intimacy of an elopement, a micro-wedding, a large celebration, a family gathering, a team-building event, or a corporate event.

Yes. We host only one event at a time, so your celebration has exclusive use of the venue.

Absolutely. Many couples choose to hold both on the property.

We have attractive indoor backup options as well as a covered Veranda to ensure your celebration continues comfortably. There are also several options for tenting.

Yes. Separate private bridal and groom suites are available. Each suite is uniquely decorated with individual restrooms attached to each suite. Each suite also has dedicated private entrances from the outside with private VIP parking and a private entrance into the main hall.

Exclusive use of the property, indoor & outdoor event spaces, indoor & outdoor kitchens, tables, bridal suite, groom's suite, parking, fire pit areas, outdoor lighting, and more depending on your Event Plan.

Each vendor is familiar with our venue and selected for their ability to enhance every celebration. As Sycamore Canyon continues to grow, we will thoughtfully add new preferred partners who align with our standards and vision.

We are happy to meet with any Vendor and discuss adding them to our Preferred List.

Yes. Alcohol service must comply with Virginia ABC Laws and venue policies. Licensed bartending service is required.

Yes, a variety of Tables are included with your rental. There are many styles of Chairs available through our Preferred Vendors.

Yes, provided decorations do not damage the venue.

Battery-operated candles are encouraged. Real candles must be enclosed in glass.

Yes, in designated outdoor areas when conditions permit.

Yes. Well-behaved dogs may participate in ceremonies with prior approval.

Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available. There are options for Parking Attendants as well as Valet Service.

All guest areas are accessible including ADA accessible restrooms. Please contact us with any specific needs.

All Events conclude at 10pm.

Yes. Special event liability insurance is required.

Prime spring and fall weekends often book 12–18 months in advance.
